A customer’s Vita Mojo loyalty program is connected to Impact Data’s digital marketing application TalkBox. The data of all customers is analysed and added to the account daily. Based on profile information, loyalty metrics, spend, a visit or absence of a visit customers may receive a communication to drive another visit.
In order to drive engagement and retention, a successful loyalty program needs to be able to communicate with customers when they are not on-premise. The reminder of the value of the program via email, SMS and push notifications can drive customers to loyalty rewards more quickly and keep your brand top of mind.
TalkBox can support Vita Mojo clients via email, SMS and Push notifications. These communications can be highly targeted with a wide range of audience segmentation options available natively in a Vita Mojo-connected TalkBox account
When TalkBox is connected to Vita Mojo, all vouchers that are set up in your Vita Mojo dashboard are automatically available in TalkBox. This means you can simply select your audience, attach your selected voucher and send your message. When the customer logs in to the kiosk, app, online ordering or identifies themselves at the ePOS, all offers will be automatically available for them to redeem. You can also send promo codes to customers on your mailing list that may not be Loyalty Members yet to encourage them to join.
Each TalkBox account has a series of reports that measure key indicators such as % of your loyalty customers that visit, revenue associated with those visits, individual and automated campaign success, vouchers redeemed, database growth and even your Net Promoter Score.
